What is it? Simple - it is the waste product from making sequins! A 90mm wide lightweight, flexible shiny plastic, full of holes. It is great for crafting, easy to shape and cut.
Ribbons look fab woven through the 5mm holes. This is a perfect medium for crafting, greeting cards and specially Christmas decorations.
